What we do best - building the complete athlete! Our 9 Week ~ 2hr Daily Program is driven to teach, re-define, and improve each athlete we work with. The workout consists of Dynamic Flexibility, Torso Training, Movement Skills and Analysis, Plyometric Training, Resistance Training, Interval-based Conditioning, Nutritional Guidelines, and the hardest working instructors you will find. This is quite possibly the most comprehensive and intense program in the Northeast

Curriculum to date. The Session begins June 15th!!!
The cost for the Program $799 for three-day athletes or $999 for two-day athletes. We have a new Schedule for our Groups this Summer, and we will be restricting enrollment within each group.
