Why this was the Best Summer Ever @IPF...
We think IPF is a special place, but the Formula for amazing is not an easy task. Our Staff works hard, but so do many others. Our Clients and Athletes are good people that try very hard, but that alone is not enough. Our Programming is terrific and based on Science and decades of Methodology, but a good Program is only paper and thought.
This Summer, our Gym Lived and Breathed what we Believe in. We measured Success in Self-Confidence, Personality and Teamwork before Physical Improvement. The Kids loved every day of Training and made it hard not to jump out of bed @3:15am every day to get to work. It is one thing to see someone proud of a Chin-up, new 300yd Shuttle Record, or feel good about their Body(we saw it every day). It is another to have a 20min conversation with an Athlete that you struggled to get words or eye contact from on Day 1. This Summer was amazing for all of the reasons we believe in IPF...
What makes IPF special is the successful combination of factors, Day after Day, that produce Better Results and Better People. The Consistency, Environment, and Culture of IPF are things that we are incredibly proud of, but only partially responsible for. Our Clients/Athletes Buy-In to our Process, and make the hard work fun. Our Staff wants to get to know each individual and help them improve. We believe strongly in Focus, Attitude, Effort, Community and Commitment. We travel along this path using Structure, Mental Discipline, and Process. It is not easy, rarely smooth, and incredibly rewarding.
We acknowledge that Our Gym may not be for everyone, but it is for you if you want to build something bigger than yourself while you build a better you...

What we do best - building the complete athlete! Our 9 Week ~ 2hr Daily Program is driven to teach, re-define, and improve each athlete we work with. The workout consists of Dynamic Flexibility, Torso Training, Movement Skills and Analysis, Plyometric Training, Resistance Training, Interval-based Conditioning, Nutritional Guidelines, and the hardest working instructors you will find.
