This will be our very best Program yet as we have constructed our most cutting edge and progressive
Curriculum to date. The Session will begin June 18th and finish the 16th of August.
This 9 week Program (IPF will closed for the July 4th and 5th to observe the Holiday) has
been shown to improve Speed, Explosiveness, Multi-Directional Agility, Change of Direction,
Strength, Gains in Lean Body-Mass, Fat Loss, Fitness, Confidence, Work Ethic,
Self-Esteem, Character, and Mental/Physical Toughness.
