Adult Group Training

IPF Offers a Totally Unique Adult Group Training Experience for People Who Are Ready To Commit To Getting Better.

 

At IPF, we have very high expectations of ourselves and of you, our adult clients. You already know that you have strengths and weaknesses when it comes to your physical condition; otherwise, you probably wouldn’t be seeking out our help. Lucky for you, our coaches are exceptional at identifying your best skills as well as areas that need improvement, such as body composition, strength, movement, flexibility, or your nutrition and recovery habits.

 

We will actually dedicate a good deal of our teaching time in the adult training programs to address your weaknesses and to strategize on how to improve them, rather than just celebrating your strengths and what you have already been able to achieve.

Thus, to benefit from being a part of the IPF community, you must have an appreciation for honest feedback, desire focused coaching, and enjoy structured training from experienced fitness professionals. We’ve been training adults like you for a long time – our team has over 40 years of collective industry experience – so you can trust that we know how to do our job and that we do it better than anyone else in the area.

All our Adult Group Training Programs are designed for individuals of all fitness levels and from varying athletic backgrounds. Your IPF Coaches will guide and encourage you to reach the maximum limits of your ability while reducing the risk of injury by teaching you how to:

  • Move and Feel Better
  • Build Physical Strength and Mental Toughness
  • Increase Cardiovascular Health
  • Adopt Good Nutrition and Recovery Habits

You can expect us to be demanding, but it’s important to know that we will never ask you to just “go hard” for the sake of crushing you. Our coaching always has a very targeted purpose, whether we are asking for high intensity or for you to ease back and focus on your form. We take a long-term approach with your health and fitness so you can find balance, experience joy from the training process, and raise your level of confidence one chin-up at a time.
