IPF’s Athlete Training Programs Are Designed To Help You Become The Most Complete Athlete You Can Be.


At IPF, we have adopted a truly special group training approach to coaching young athletes from middle school through their high school, college and post-graduate sports careers. Our programs are for the individual athlete, an entire team, a sports pro, or any young person who has a desire to get better. The areas of emphasis include movement, strength and conditioning, education, and mindset.


As a team, the IPF Coaches create a fun, challenging environment and an atmosphere that fosters self-belief, teamwork, and respect. Using a variety of coaching methodologies, athletes of all levels of ability will:

  • Improve acceleration and deceleration
  • Become more explosive

Our coaches will provide you with opportunities to have small successes every day here at IPF that will translate into improvements at the gym, on the sports field and, also, in life.

Athlete Training Programs Schedule

We have scheduled the start and finish of our Athlete Training Programs to align as best as possible with the seasons for team athletics in Andover, North Andover, North Reading, Reading, Lynnfield, MA and the surrounding towns. IPF are directly applicable to the following:

  • Baseball
  • Softball
  • Lacrosse
  • Field Hockey
  • Tennis
  • Swimming
  • Volleyball
  • Basketball
  • Ice Hockey
  • Wrestling
  • Football
  • Soccer
  • Track
  • Crew/Rowing

All our Athlete Training Programs are two hours long, and you choose either a 3-day or 2-day a week program. These are intense workouts in which our IPF team will teach, re-teach, and teach again. If you want to be coached by the hardest working and most caring, committed, and knowledgeable instructors you will ever find, then IPF is definitely the right place for you.
