Nov-Dec Success!

We provide two Opportunities each year (Nov-Dec to Remember, Summer Shed) for our Adults to Improve in a ~9 Week Challenge Phase. Both Periods of Time are Exciting, Exhausting, Revealing and Rewarding…

We have just concluded our 2018 November-December to Remember with ~50 Adults and it was our Best “Event” since we opened over 10 years ago…

This year, more so than in years past, our Adults Improved Physically, Mentally and as Teammates/Partners…

The Results, which we will discuss shortly, were Incredible.

Tangible, Measurable Results, for each Client, were off the charts.

Some of our Adults were brand new and did well because of a Positive Environment, greater Structure and Accountability, and Productive Programming…

For our Veterans, some of which have been with us for 10yrs, they were ”Measured” against Themselves (we have Data from each year they have been with IPF) and Thrived. They were presented with New challenges, New thoughts, New Responsibilities, and New Opportunities… And they Crushed It!

Consistency is a Huge Deal, and a Trait that is more rare than Common.

Change, and the Adaptation to a New Process, is also Scarce and Valuable.

At IPF, our Process promotes both Qualities while Educating each Member on the Acquisition of each Skill…

The Success of the 2018 Nov-Dec Weight and Body Fat Loss, Fitness and Strength Outcomes was only surpassed by the Mind-Set + Attitude Improvement of our Community (a separate Blog Post for the coming Newsletters) …

Our Adults embraced their own specific Individual “Uncomfortable” and truly pushed themselves to Change. Our Staff felt a terrific Sense of Pride watching the multi-faceted Growth of many of our Members…

All of us, Coaches and Athletes alike, Learn via Experience.

Those Experiences are both Positive and Negative.

The Road to “Better” is not Linear nor is it free of Twists + Turns…

Navigating Improvement, in the Gym, in your Relationships, or in Life, requires much from each Individual:

Time:         without the Promise of a “Set Finish”, and certainly not on a Schedule. Time may be Constant, but when it is “Required” for your Circumstances, Happenings, and Episodes of your Life is not always of your control …

Energy: with a recurring knock on your door each day for more. There is no Effort or Focus without Energy Baby!

Simplicity: if we extrapolate out, could also be Categorized as “Decision-Making”. Knowing “What to Do” usually means you have an excellent sense of “What not to Do/Stay Away from”. Keeping Choices simple is How We All Improve at the Beginning…

Consistency: is a Current Buzzword of Success, but most are unaware of the heavy burden that the concept brings. Today is filled with Hope and Motivation. What happens in a Week? Month? Year? We have some Athletes in our Gym who have been Taking Care of Themselves for a Decade, and their Efforts are not only a Reminder of What is Possible, but also a Stimulating Inspiration every day…

Support: which is best given and then received (in that order)! Everyone is on their own Path, but we share the same insecurities, questions, fears, etc. when it comes to Change (Fear of New + Unknown + Hard). Being with other People, who are trying to do similar things, and helping them achieve, is a way to build Equity in yourself. You Feel Better, and are willing to receive Help when it is Necessary, or will Benefit you…

Our next Update will get into the “#’s” of our Success: LB’s Lost, Bodyfat Reduced, Strength Gained, Fitness Gained, etc…. The “Measurables” are easy to Improve if you have just some of what is written above…

But hear me now, when I say that the Confidence Built along this Journey is much more Valuable and Important than losing 8lbs and doing 6 Pull-Ups…

Our Adults have Improved in ways that Numbers can’t Measure, but are still easy to see. Our “Team” Environment made it easy to Make New Friends, Make New Decisions and Make New Gains because our Adults felt Confident to do so. Watching someone Get Lean or Do a Chin-up for the 1st time is Awesome.

Watching someone Greet a Friend, someone who they didn’t know 3 Weeks before, with a genuine excitement is rewarding on many levels. Standing Taller, Eye Contact, Communicating Directly, and Being a Caring Partner are all things we have Taught our Kids for ~11years at IPF. Asking our Adults to do the same has been equally productive and improved every aspect of our Gym.

Self-Confidence is the Best By-Product of our System, and you are Welcome to See for Yourself just How Well it Works…

Congrats to everyone who participated and embraced the Opportunity…

To those who have not “Taken a Step” yet, whether here @IPF or someplace else, Let’s Go!

Attitude and action go Hand in Hand, and we will Help if you need it!
