Why Summer 2022 was Our Best Training Summer Ever!

We get excited for every Summer Session at IPF because we ask the Athletes to Commit to a Process, Develop New Habits (and Lose a few Old Ones) and Do the Work Necessary to Improve…

We have had Tremendous Success however you Quantify the Data:

  1. Our Athletes tell us the “Feel Better” than ever before…
  2. The “Eye-Ball” Test clearly indicates they Look “Better” (wide variety of Definitions = Healthier, Leaner, Stronger, etc. >>>You Should See the Before + After’s!!!)
  3. The Numbers Tell a Powerful Story: % Bodyfat, Body-Weight, Vertical Jump, Chin-Up Testing, Bike Scores, Sprint Times, etc., = The Numbers Don’t Lie!!!
  4. The Parents Speak Strongly about the Habits of their Children, and in the Best Possible Way (Earlier Bedtimes, Less Screen-Time, Preparing Foods, Outfits Laid-Out the Day before, Thoughtful, Polite, and we could Go On and On!)
  5. It’s Really Hard, and the Kids Keep Coming Back!
    A Good Example is our 5:45am College Group. The Group had x23 Participants and x18 of them Attended 36+ Workouts (Out of 39) with a New Record # of Perfect Scores! If You Add-In our Pre-Summer Training or Extension Weeks, many College Athletes Made 50+ Workouts and Missed x3 or Less (Wow)…

Environment is Important…

Where You Go to Get Things Done, particularly “Hard-Things” needs to be an Area Conducive to Improvement.

IPF is a Structured Training Facility that Embraces Teaching, Coaching and Adapting to New Situations, Stimulus and any Challenges that Come Our Way…

It’s an Environment of Focused Work, Mind-Set, and Commitment.

If that sounds Hard to You, What + When was your last Achievement without any of those x3?

Every Gym has Weights, Treadmills, Turf, etc.

Not Every Gym has an Attitude of Success.

We Do, and it Works.

If You are the “Sum of the People Around You”, it Makes Sense as to Why IPF had so many Achievers >>> the People Make it Great!!!

It may not be “for you” in your Head, but it’s definitely for you in Practice! There is no more Powerful Supportive Group than the IPF Community (~15yrs and Going Strong!)

Attitude is a Big Part of Success, or Failure…

We don’t tolerate “Negative Self-Talk” at IPF, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon. Its much more common among Athletes + Adults than you would believe, and never yields a Positive Result!

Like, Never Ever.

If You Want to “Limit Success”, Speak Poorly about Yourself or Your Future Results, as it’s a Proven Formula to make Everything Harder…

On the Other Side, we saw the Power of Process just Help People Explode into Success this Summer!

Whether the Buy-In was All-In, or a Little at a Time, it Worked Time and Time Again.

I’m not speaking about Blind Positivity, with Rainbows and Unicorns, I’m speaking about Belief in Self, Belief in Day-to-Day Living, and Belief in a Process that Continues to Evolve due Sustained Empowerment…

“We Are What We Think” is a Mantra that Fits Summer 2022.

Commitment is a Catalyst…

I said it above, Attendance is the Single Greatest Predictor of Success!

Our “Fittest/Strongest/Best” Athletes were Dedicated + Passionate in their Pursuit of “Better”.

They Didn’t Miss, didn’t Get Sick from Poor Self-Care, didn’t Roll Over when they were Tired, and didn’t Let Anything Get in Their Way on the Road to Improvement.

We have x2 Concepts that we espouse when it comes to Attendance, and they apply to All Ages…

  1. “Just Get it Started” (cue the Music) Just Get Out of Bed, just get Downstairs, just Get in the Car, and just Get in the Door >>> That’s All it Takes, and the Energy Skyrockets from there… But You have to Take a Step and Remember Your “Why” (the Reason You Want to Improve). You think the 1st few minutes are rough? No sweat. The next Hour is Amazing. The Environment and the People in this Gym will Help Lift you Higher…
  2. “You Need to Show-Up to Grow-Up”, and that Metaphor Works Physically, Mentally and Emotionally.
    Want to Build Muscle > Show-Up and Do the Work.
    Want to Build Confidence > Show-Up and Do the Work.
    Want to Empower Yourself and Inspire Others > Show-Up and Do the Work…
    Empty Gym, Full Gym or somewhere in-between, the difference in Your Health, Wellness, and Everyday Life is the thoughts You Think and The Work You Do…
