Walter Norton Jr. founded IPF in 2007 so that athletes and non-athletes of all ages and abilities would have access to structured, focused, and challenging fitness programs. At our 10,000 sq. ft., state-of-the-art facility in North Reading, MA we offer Athlete Training, Adult Group Training, and Personal Training.
