The Pulse

The Hardest Part

People perceive our Gym, The Institute of Performance and Fitness, as “Different” for many reasons…

They have “Heard” from a Friend, a Co-Worker, the Whispers, Local Urban Legend, etc, What Happens Inside and how “Intense” it is…

They Watch Social Media and say “I could never do that”…

They Think all we do is Train Athletes…

They think all we do is Train Adults…

There are 10k more reasons that people think we are different, but they all think similarly on 1 thing:

They Think We Are “Hard”…

Everyone who walks in, and has heard about us previously, say the same thing, “I know how Hard you guys Train and I am worried I can’t Keep-Up” (or a reasonable variation).

It never fails, every new person, every time, and it is an (Business) issue.

It requires Time to discuss and dispel.

It creates Fear and a Crisis of Confidence.

It delays the Time of Entry by Months (and sometimes years).

It prevents many from ever coming in.

The worst part of all of this, is that it’s true.

Training to be Your Best is Hard.

It requires Effort, Consistency, Focus, Education and the Approach that We are all Improving and can Continue to Do So…

It ain’t easy…

There is a “But” to everything written above, and it’s a Huge One, in that it’s Never “Harder” than Day 1, and Walking in the Door…

The first 3-4 Weeks of Training? It’s actually the easiest part.

We go Slow.

We take our Time.

We Teach, We Slow it Down, and We Explain “Why”.

The Hardest Part?

Realizing that the Barrier you Had in Your Head doesn’t really exist.

Realizing that the Hardest Moments are the ones that unfold Outside of the Gym.

The moments of What should I Eat, How do I Cook, When do I Sleep?

The Moments of: I am Tired, Sore, Anxious, Over-Worked, Stressed, that are all a part of our Everyday Lives, regardless of Training, Self-Improvement or the “Perfect Plan”…

Our Gym actually makes it Easy(ier) for You..

We Outline the Work, the “Why”, the “How”, and you pick the “When”.

We have over a Decade of Experience with our Doors Open and over 2 Decades of Experience in Gyms Training Everyone: Adults, Athletes, Movie Stars, Olympians and Thousands of  “1st Timers” to Exercise…

We are very, very good at making the “Hard Stuff”, easier.

Don’t let the Whispers, Success, Rumors, Social Media Magic, or anything Stop You from Walking In to Our Gym (or anyplace) to start Getting Better…

The Hard Part is Walking in the Door.

Its also the Best Part!

See You Soon!
