Nobody Has All the Answers….

You see it all the time, as People position themselves as “Experts” in a given field to gain your Trust, Admiration, Opportunity and Money.

It is a Common, Simple and Effective Method to Gain Attention, Followers and Financial Opportunity.

Be the Expert, because being the Expert means You Have the Answers…

It Works…

It’s Wrong…

Take it from someone who has been Labeled an Expert, Leader or Guru on TV, in Articles and when Public Speaking.

Those Terms are thrown around as compliments, and are a sign of Respect, but the minute you think You Know Everything, You are in Serious Trouble…

Don’t Listen to Anyone who thinks they Know it All.

Don’t Listen to Anyone who is asking for Money before Offering to Help…

Don’t Listen to Best Commercial, Loudest Yeller or Person with the Most Followers…

Listen to the People Who Resonate with You.

Listen to the People Who Listen Back.

Listen to the People Who Admit They Don’t Know Everything…

but They Want to Help…

Nobody has all the Answers, in the Health and Wellness Field, or in any Profession…

So, any proclamation of that type should set off your Bull$h!t Alarm (Insert Blaring Horn here) …

But Here is what We All Have, as Consumers, Suppliers, People and Individuals: We Have Desire to Improve and Be Better.

That inherent DNA makes us Seek Out Knowledge, Information and People Who Can Help…

Full Disclosure, I Do It all the Time.

I Look for any Information that Will Help My Current Cause and Push Me Forward…

In my youth, when I was Eager, it was Dangerous. I would Jump Back and Forth between Training, Diets, Mantras and Mindsets thinking all of them could help me…

It was Overwhelming, showed Bad Judgement, and Led to a Cycle of Frustration for a long period of Time…

I Failed Early and Often…

Those Failures have led to my Greatest Success.

I gained the Ability to Recognize “Bad” and Walk away.

I Learned to trust My Gut over Style, Cool Pictures or the Right Phrase.

I Learned that most of the Journey is mine to Walk, but that I will need People all along the Way…

I Learned I didn’t Know Everything, and that is just fine…

I also Learned that Helping People was What I Wanted to Do for the Rest of My Life…

So here we are, ~25yrs deep into a Coaching Career that gets more Exciting every Year…

I have Coached more Kids than Anyone in New England in the last 20yrs.

I have Coached 4 Professional Sports Teams in the last 20yrs.

I have “Coached” on ~15 Motion Pictures in the last 20yrs, Helping Movie Stars Look + Feel their Best.

I have Coached Adults every year of these 20, and Learned as Much from Them as they have from Me…

I Continue to Learn, from the People, from New Situations (Quarantine), from My Family and from the Walking the Same Path as the People We Work With.

The Best Thing I Learned?

That I Don’t Know Everything, and that its Ok to Not Know.

Your Health is Incredibly Important, Now more than Ever.

Find Someone, Us, or Anyone who you Feel can Help, and Start Talking about a Collaboration that Leads to Your Improvement.

None of Us Need All the Answers, but we Do Need the Strength, Conviction, and Opportunity to Take a Step Towards Better…

We can All Walk together Towards the Unknown by Focusing on the Next Step instead of the Uncharted…

Let’s Grow Together, and Let’s Start Now…
